As today’s organizations seek to maximize their investment in human capital, they look to experts in the field of workplace learning and performance to guide their efforts. The Graduate Program in Training and Development prepares graduates for a variety of career paths including, but not limited to, instructional design and delivery, organization development, and e-Learning.  We currently offer a

Master of Arts Degree in Training and Development, prepares learners for leadership positions in the field of workplace learning with an emphasis on learning theory, e learning, instructional design, delivery, and evaluation.

Master of Arts in Human Performance Improvement, prepares learners in a variety of workplace settings to analyze problems and identify solutions/interventions that will best close the performance gap.

Graduate Certificates including training and development, online teaching, e learning, human performance improvement, and instructional design.
