Welcome back everyone! Things are a bit different this year but we can’t let it stop us from staying on top of what’s important. It can be tough to be remote and online for those that prefer in-person classes. Stay focused.

Welcome back RU students! Wishing everyone growth and transformation on their learning journey. Giving students the option of obtaining the Certificate in Training and Development is a great addition to the MATD program.

Do you only pay a flat rate tuition for three or more classes if you are in the training and development program? Or, does this apply to all Heller college of business graduate students?

  • Kathleen Iverson's avatar

The flat rate only applies to T & D.

This article is very helpful as a new student transitioning from RMU to RU. I found using the Degree MAP very useful in finding my courses.

This is SO exciting! The review echoes my exact experience and belief that I’m in the right Master’s program. This might seem like a “simple thing”, but I really appreciate that the title of the program is “Training and Development.” It’s simple and straightforward — leaving no doubt in the mind of someone looking at your resume, what your exact program focused on.

I will be sharing this post with others on LinkedIn!

This is excellent! I’m currently working for Amazon, and one of the biggest reasons they hired me was because of this program. One of the smartest decisions I ever made was joining RU’s MATD program.

Congratulations! Thought my major is in organizational development, I have taken a few TRDV courses and are well designed, lead students to practice and learn concepts through the discussion boards and assignments. The courses challenge students to go beyond and get them prepared to face the real world of training and development.
